WORKING TOGETHER -  NEW BALCONY RAILINGS  AND ARCHES FOR FLATS

The Problem- We were approached by Emanuel Whittaker to devise a solution for fitting new railings to first floor balconies, avoiding fixing them to the existing walkway. Previously , this had caused leaks into the ground floor flats ,below. Our Solution- To suspend the railings via arches .           We submitted three designs and in conjunction with Emanuel Whittaker ,First Choice Homes and the residents ,the preferred option was manufactured.            The railings were manufactured and fitted to a strict time schedule ,with minimum disruption to the residents.
